Prime Minister Approves Public Holidays for Eid-ul-Azha 2023

The Cabinet Division, under the Government of Pakistan, has released a press statement announcing the approved public holidays for the upcoming festival of Eid-ul-Azha. The announcement, made in accordance with the circular No. 10-02/2022-Min-II dated 23-12-2022, provides specific dates for both five-day and six-day working week offices.
As per the circular, the Prime Minister has granted his approval for the following public holidays:
For Offices Observing Five Days Working Week:
- Thursday, 29th June, 2023
- Friday, 30th June, 2023
For Offices Observing Six Days Working Week:
- Thursday, 29th June, 2023
- Friday, 30th June, 2023
- Saturday, 1st July, 2023
These dates will be observed as public holidays across the country in celebration of Eid-ul-Azha.
The announcement aims to provide clarity to both the public and government offices regarding the official holidays for Eid-ul-Azha, allowing individuals and families to plan their festivities and celebrations accordingly.
