Pakistan Air Force, Air wing of the armed forces of
Pakistan. It was established on 14 August 1947, when Pakistan gained
independence from Britain. Pakistan Air Force protects Pakistan's borders and
provides support to the ground forces. It is one of the most advanced air
forces in the world and has a large fleet of aircraft. Pakistan Air Force
participated in several wars and conflicts, including the 1965 and 1971 wars
with India and the war in Afghanistan. Pakistan Air Force has received many
honors for its achievements, including Pakistan's highest military award, the Nishan-e-Haider.
Pakistan Air Force is headquartered in Islamabad and has
several air bases across Pakistan. Pakistan Air Force has about 70,000
officials, of which about 3,000 are pilots. Pakistan Air Force has a large
fleet of aircraft, including fighter jets, bombers, helicopters and other
support aircraft. Pakistan Air Force also has the world's most advanced air
defense system, which is located within Pakistan's borders, allowing it to
protect the enemy against it.

• Intelligence Test followed by Academic Test in the following subjects through e-Testing:

• Final Selection by Air Headquarters in order of merit.
Note : Appearing Candidates are also eligible to apply, provided they have obtained 65% marks in F.Sc / 'A' Level (Part-1) and bring a certificate from the Principal that they are likely to pass F.Sc / 'A' Level Examination in the prescribed grades (F.Sc Courses only), Candidates with O / A Level background are required to produce equivalence (Pre-Engg / Pre-Medical) certificates.
A Candidate is ineligible if he / she is:-
(a) Rejected by ISSB / GHQ / NHQ / AHQ selection boards:-
(i): Twice rejected by ISSB for Post Grade Entry.
(ii): Twice rejected by ISSB for intermediate / Graduate (PMA / Graduate / Equivalent) and once reject by ISSB OR GHQ / NHQ / AHQ based selection boards.
(iii): Once rejected by ISSB for intermediate / Graduate (PMA / Graduate / Equivalent) and twice rejected by ISSB OR GHQ / NHQ / AHQ based selection boards.
(b) Twice screened out by ISSB .
(c) Tested within four months (120 days) gap of previous appearance in ISSB except waiver granted by the competent authority. However, bar of 120 days will not be applicable to candidates appearing in GHQ / NHQ / AHQ selection boards.
(d) Dismissed / Removed / Debarred from Govt Services including Armed Forces.
(e) Convicted in a Court of Law for any heinous offense (to be ascertained by the cometent military authority).
(f) Permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board (PUF by AMB).
(g) Delcared medically UNFIT due to Hepatitis B & C (AMB cannot be requested).
(h) Withdrawn from any bonded Armed Forces college / institute on any ground.
(j) Withdrawn / discharged / resigned or purchase release from any Armed Forces officers Academy / Training institute on any ground.
(l) Tempering of academic certificate / forgery / concealment to get undue advantage will make an applicant permanently ineligible for all type of commission in Armed Forces.
(k) Gives incomplete, false or wrongful information.
(k) Trice screened out by Army / Navy / Air Force during preliminary selection.
