(NBP) is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager HR
Budgeting (AVP) in the Human Resource Management department. Based in Karachi,
the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree or its
equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in HR and/or
Finance. Applicants should have at least 8 years of experience in Human
Resources and/or Finance, including a minimum of 3 years in a Budgeting or
Planning role, preferably within the banking, financial, or large
organizational sector. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent analytical skills,
and attention to detail are essential. The employment will be on a contractual
basis for three years, subject to renewal at the discretion of the management.
Responsibilities include liaising with Wing Heads and Business Partners to
address recruitment challenges, monitoring budgeted headcount variances,
coordinating with different groups for recruitment needs, and assisting in

Eligibility Conditions:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution (HEC recognized)
- Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR and / or Finance would be preferred.
- Candidates with 08 years working experience in Human Resource (HR) and / or Finance with at Least 03 years in a Budgeting and / or Planning and / or similar role preferably with a bank and / or financial sector and / or large size organization. are encouraged to apply.
- Other Skils/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required: Proficient in MS Office. Exellent Analytical Skills. Well versed with staff cost and manpower planning. Atention to detail.
- Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.
Outline of Major Duties:
- To liaise with WIng Heads and Business Partners of different Groups on regular basis to identify recruitment challenges and develop Head Count budget and plan on yearly basis.
- To ensure that the Head Count requirement is in line with Bank's overall strategy.
- To monitor variances of budgeted headcount against the actuals at a preset frequency.
- To coordinate with different groups / wings / divisions to indentify recruitment needs in line with manpower plan.
- TO assist Wing Head in establishing the yearly manpower plan budget in collaboration with the different functions based on the approved organizational structure.
- To assist the Wing Head on deriving strategic plans or HR and monitor key metrics / implementation in line with the approved strategic plan and objective.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor (s).
