The University of Lahore (UOL) in
Lahore has announced career opportunities for various positions through its
Jobs 2023 program. The available positions include Assistant Professor,
Associate Professor, Demonstrator, Professor, Senior Registrar, and Staff
Nurses. These positions are contract-based and open to fresh and experienced
candidates with degrees in fields such as M.Phil., Ph.D., FCPS, Masters, MBBS,
BDS, or BSN. Interested candidates are required to apply before the deadline,
which is 22nd December 2023. The eligibility criteria, including educational
qualifications and relevant field experience, are outlined in the advertisement
(as given below). It is emphasized that incomplete applications or those
received after the specified due date will not be considered. Aspiring

Available Positions:
- Professor Pharmacology - M.Phil / Ph.D / FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Professor Microbiology - M.Phil / Ph.D. / FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Assistant Professor Pharmacology - M.Phil / Ph.D / FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Assistant Professor Chemical Pathology - M.Phil / Ph.D / FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Assistant Professor Biochemistry - M.Phil / Ph.D / FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications
- Assistant Professor Medical Education - Master in Medical Education or equivalent qualification with requisite publications.
- Demonstrator Medical Education - MBBS / BDS, 1-year house job, and 6 months certificate in Health Profession Education.
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor Oncology - FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Assistant Professor Paediatric Surgery - FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Assistant Professor Nephrology - FCPS or equivalent qualification with requisite experience & publications.
- Senior Registrar (Nephrology) - FCPS or equivalent qualification registered by PM&DC
- Senior Registrar (Psychiatry) - FCPS or equivalent qualification registered by PM&DC
- Senior Registrar (Gastroenterology) - FCPS or equivalent qualification registered by PM&DC
- Senior Registrar (ENT) - FCPS or equivalent qualification registered by PM&DC
- Staff Nurses - BSN or Nursing Diploma with PNC Registration.
Procedure for Applying:
- Obtain the Application Form from the Office of Faculty Affairs.
- Submit the Application Form along with the following documents:
- Updated CV with three latest passport-size color photographs.
- Copies of educational certificates/degrees/testimonials
- PM&DC experience certificate
- PM&DC/PMC valid registration certificate
- Copy of CNIC
- Application Form with all requisite documents should reach the Office of Faculty Affairs by December 22, 2023.
