🚀 Position: Unit Head - IT Compliance Management (AVP/VP)
📍 Place of Posting: Karachi / Islamabad
💼 Reporting To: Wing Head - Audit Management and Compliance
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT audits to evaluate internal controls and identify risks.
- Ensure IT policies align with SBP regulations, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit recommendations and regulatory changes.
- Develop risk awareness programs and provide training on IT compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit audit reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Support regulatory audits, inquiries, and statutory compliance.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (HEC-recognized).
- Master’s degree and certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor will be preferred.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT/IT Audit/IT Governance/IT Compliance, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, information security, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in IT audit tools, MS Office, and familiarity with SBP regulations.
