Course Details & Prerequisites

• Age Limit: Up to 28 years
• Marital Status: Married/Unmarried
• Gender: Male
• Minimum Height: 5'4'' (162.5 cm)
• Weight: As per BMI

Registration and Selection Schedule

• Registration Dates: December 23, 2024, to January 16, 2025 (Online Only)
• Preliminary Tests: February 10, 2025, to February 21, 2025
• Eligibility: Citizens of Pakistan and domicile holders of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

• BE/BS in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Cyber Security
• Minimum 16 years of education from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions
• Minimum 2.5 CGPA out of 4.0 or 62.5% marks in the annual system
• Candidates with Master’s degrees and 2-3 years of experience will be given preference.

Ineligibility Conditions

Applicants must meet all the eligibility criteria, as outlined above. Rejection reasons include failure to meet academic requirements, being declared unfit by medical boards, or prior rejection in selection processes.

Selection Process

1. Online Registration: Register at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk.
2. Preliminary Tests: Written, medical, and physical assessments.
   • Physical Test Requirements:
     • 1.6 km run in 9 minutes
     • 10 push-ups, 10 crunches, and 2 pull-ups within 2 minutes
3. Further Selection: Shortlisted candidates will appear for Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) tests and interviews.

Military Training

Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of military training at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul.

Documents Required

• Original certificates and 5 attested photocopies of each
• Attested photocopy of domicile and CNIC
• 6 passport-sized photographs (1 front, 5 back)
• No Objection Certificate (for government employees)
• Verified degrees from HEC/PEC

Bond Requirement

Successful candidates will sign a 7-year service bond with the Pakistan Army.
