The individuals who fulfill the basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
1. Wing Head - Organizational Effectiveness (VP)
- Reporting To: Lead HRBP
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for a Master’s degree in HR or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years, with at least 5 years in Organizational Effectiveness/Internal Communications/Corporate Communications/Employer Branding/Marketing Communications/Public Relations, preferably in the financial sector.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Manage HR strategy, DEI initiatives, and HR communications.
- Oversee employer branding and improve HR policies.
- Represent the Bank externally and manage a budget.
2. Wing Head - Performance & Rewards (DG-I / AVP)
- Reporting To: Chief Human Resource Officer
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent, with a preference for a Master's degree in HR or Public Administration. Professional certification in HR and/or Performance Management/Compensation and Rewards preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance management and/or compensation and rewards, preferably in the banking sector.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the Bank’s performance management policy.
- Manage annual increments, bonuses, and payouts.
- Optimize automated tools for performance reporting.
- Oversee MIS and data management in SAP HCM.
3. Departmental Head - Internal Communications (AVP/VP)
- Reporting To: Wing Head - Communication & PR
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a leading role in Marketing and/or Communication and/or Public Relations.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Ensure organizational updates are effectively communicated.
- Write content for the bank's official magazine and newsletters.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and act as liaison with internal stakeholders.
4. Wing Head - Administration (OG-I / AVP)
- Reporting To: Wing Head - Administration
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent, with a preference for a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR Management and/or Administration, preferably in a bank.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR database for logistics, communication, and marketing groups.
- Support audits, supervise contract renewals and employee exit processes.
- Assist in implementing business continuity plans and training needs analysis.
5. Wing Head - Outsource Services Management (OG-I / AVP)
- Reporting To: Chief Human Resource Officer
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 1 year in any relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, preferably in a bank.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for Outsource Service Providers (OSPs).
- Manage allocation and deployment of outsourced personnel.
- Address grievances and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage a comprehensive database.
6. Unit Head - Corporate
- Reporting To: Relationship Manager Corporate or Equivalent in DG-I / AVP
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commerce. Preference for a Master's degree in Finance or Islamic Banking certifications (NIBAF).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience as Relationship Manager Corporate in the asset side.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Introduce new corporate customers and conduct business visits.
- Prepare quality credit proposals and ensure compliance with risk management guidelines.
- Reduce non-performing loans (NPLs) ratio and build effective relationships with corporate clients.
7. Branch Executive Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting To: Regional Executive Operations
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Branch Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor cash management system and authorize financial transactions.
- Handle audits and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related irregularities and maintain branch security systems.
8. Internal Auditor (OG-III)
- Reporting To: Lead Reviewer
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent, with preference for Master's Degree or certifications such as ACCA, MBA in Finance, CIA, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Audit/Finance/Compliance/Risk/Operations.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and prepare reports on Branches/Regional Offices.
- Assist in resolving audit findings and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Validate the rectification status of regulatory findings and escalate critical issues.
9. Finance and Accounting Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting To: Wing Head - Finance
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent. Preference for CA Inter, ACCA, ACMA, or relevant Master's degree in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance and accounts.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of the Bank’s budgets and financial statements.
- Handle financial reconciliations, analyze accounting discrepancies, and resolve invoice issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and assist in timely closure of audit findings.
General Instructions:

Employment Type: The employment for all positions is contractual for three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and benefits as per the Bank's policy and rules.
